Police identify 63-year-old bicyclist hit, killed by car in Provo intersection

Provo Police identified Vincent Stanley Benfell, 63, as the cyclist killed after being struck by a car exiting I-15 at the Lakeview Parkway/University Avenue off-ramp. The crash remains under investigation pending a medical examiner's report.
