Nominees announced for two Utah Court of Appeals vacancies

The Appellate Judicial Nominating Commission has named 12 nominees for two new Utah Court of Appeals vacancies created during the 2026 legislative session. Gov. Spencer Cox will select appointees, subject to Senate confirmation, after a public comment period ending Sept. 28.
