Flooded roads, muddy conditions force school cancelations in San Juan School District

Heavy rain and flooding forced school cancellations in Bluff, Montezuma Creek and Monument Valley in the San Juan School District, with bus routes suspended and Blanding students excused from attendance. A Flood Watch remained in effect for southern Utah through Thursday night.
