Father-to-be identified as pedestrian killed in Salt Lake City hit-and-run

Ottoniel Morales, a 20-year-old expectant father, has been identified as the pedestrian killed by a garbage truck in a hit-and-run near 400 South and Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City. The driver has since been identified and is cooperating with police.
