Construction dust coats Eagle Mountain homes, residents seek action

Residents of Eagle Mountain's Overland subdivision say construction dust from a nearby Ivory Homes project has been coating homes and backyards since July, despite complaints to the city and state and dust-mitigation rules requiring watering and windbreaks.
