Cache Valley man arrested for aggravated kidnapping, assault

A 35-year-old Cache Valley man, Trevor James Giblin, was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and threat of violence after allegedly threatening a woman with a machete and cable ties. He is being held without bail at Cache County Jail.
