Bystanders pull driver out of Logan River after SUV goes off the road and into water

A driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after his SUV veered off SR-89 near Logan and into the Logan River; bystanders pulled him from the vehicle. UHP suggested the crash may have been caused by a medical emergency.
